Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured up to $10,000,000 for liability, loss, theft, fire, and water. Our facilities are monitored 24/7 with state of the art surveillance equipment.
Do you offer a concierge pick up/drop off service?
Yes. Through our Q+ VIP Concierge program, we can arrange pick up and drop off your vehicle for a fee if you're within 25 miles. We also have partnerships with trusted vendors for enclosed transport.
Do you price match?
Q is happy to price match for identical ceramic coating and/or paint protection film services offered by shops within the area. Just show us the quote you received, and we will match the price. This excludes special sales offers (i.e. Black Friday). Other restrictions apply. Contact us for full details.
Do you only work on luxury cars?
Absolutely not! We love all cars. Our primary showcase is exotics and high end cars, but our services are meant to fit every vehicle.
I'm taking delivery of a new car in the near future, but I don't have an exact date yet. Can I still set up an appointment?
Of course! Our clients often reserve a slot once they have a rough idea of their car's delivery date, and then we can nail down a specific date once it gets closer.
Do you work on anything in addition to cars?
We do! Aside from general detailing, we offer ceramic coating and paint protection services for boats, motorcycles, and even helicopters! We recommend contacting us for a custom quote if this is something you're interested in.
What is the difference between paint protection film and a ceramic coating?
Paint protection film and ceramic coatings work in tangent with one another. Paint protection film is your impact-resistance layer, while a ceramic coating is a hard, sacrificial layer on your car's paint. PPF protects against rock chips, absorbs minute scratches, resists swirl marks, and has self healing technologies. Ceramic coatings create a hydrophobic surface, keeps contaminates off your paint, increases ease of maintenance, adds an extreme gloss to your paint, and eliminates the need for wax. They both work together to ultimately create an invisible finish that keeps your car looking newer for longer.
How long until I can wash my car after a ceramic coating?
We advise our clients to wait seven days after the coating has been installed to wash their cars.
How can I maintain my ceramic coating?
We advise our clients to stay out of automatic car washes. These are essentially a drum sander for your car. It's nearly impossible to get out of one without swirl marks, even with the application of paint protection film or a ceramic coating. We suggest touchless washes, or hand washing. Avoid using abrasive towels or brushes, and there is no need for wax, as it won't bond to the coating. Opt for soft, microfiber towels (be sure to remove the tag), and dry with a waffle weave. We also offer bi-annual ceramic maintenance detail packages for any necessary touch-ups. When booking, just select "Coating Maintenance Detail."
What does the Paint Protection Film 10 Year Warranty cover?
XPEL warranties their product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ten years from the date of install. This includes yellowing, staining, cracking, blistering, and delaminating. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, road debris impact, collisions, or accidents.
